The fuel modifier – SGI filter

An innovative device that can be retrofitted in all vehicles and units with petrol, ethanol and diesel engines as well as in oil heating systems.

The SGI filter is installed between the fuel filter and the fuel pump.

Thus, all fuel flow to the engine goes through the SGI filter.
Thus, the entire fuel flow to the engine passes through the SGI filter.

Also, the soot particles burn off almost completely

The combustion process today

During the combustion process in an internal combustion engine, several undesirable by-products such as hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and soot particles are produced in the exhaust gases – partly due to incomplete combustion or certain chemical side reactions. In addition, the climate-damaging carbon dioxide is produced. In order to be able to reduce the pollutant content of exhaust gases from internal combustion engines, exhaust gas catalysts are used today. These isolate unwanted particles after combustion, but this process reduces engine performance and increases fuel consumption.

The functionality the fuel modifier SGI-Filter

The SGI-Filter intervenes before combustion and improves it.

The use of the SGI filter reduces the emission of pollutants and lowers fuel consumption.

The SGI-Filter is installed between the fuel filter and the fuel pump. Thus, the entire fuel flow to the engine passes through the SGI-Filter.

Significant improvment of exhaust gases

  • Reduction of carbon monoxide (CO) up to 97.7%
  • Reduction of fine dust and soot particles by 80% and more
  • Reduction of hydrocarbons by approx. 30%
  • Reduction of nitrogen oxide emissions by up to 10%
  • Reduction of CO₂ emissions by approx. 10-20%

Fuel saving

  • Average reduction of fuel consumption by approx. 10-20%, for both gasoline and diesel engines.

Optimization of the combustion process

  • Increase in torque and engine power
  • Extension of the service life of the engine and the exhaust system (exhaust)
  • Protection of the exhaust gas recirculation valve (EGR valve) as well as diesel particle filter (DPF) or Otto particle filter (OPF) from premature contamination
