SGI-Filter – the innovative solution

The SGI filter is installed between the fuel filter and the fuel pump. Thus, the entire fuel flow to the engine passes through the SGI filter.

    Dear SGI team,
    I have had the SGI filter installed in my diesel BMW 3 Series for more than a year now and am so convinced of its effectiveness that we have now also had one installed in my husband’s Kia (a diesel-powered van converted for the disabled).
    In both vehicles we are very pleased with the improvement in running smoothness and have the feeling that the engine simply runs “smoother”.
    In the BMW, I have noticed fuel savings of around 10-15%, which is particularly pleasing given the current price of diesel.

    “As a technician, I see the following main advantages of the SGI system:

    1. On the one hand, the customer response is clearly positive in the area of fuel consumption; on average, one can speak of a fuel saving, depending on the vehicle, of at least 0.5 to 1.0 litre / 100 km. On average, in a representative survey of 30 customers, the fuel saving is 0.70 litres / 100 km, which is about 10 – 15 %.
    2.
